First time on a cruise? We have a few tips to make your cruise truly fun and at the end hopefully, you won’t say “I didn’t know about that” We don’t know everything but as we learn them we will pass on the “Tips” to you.

Cruise Check-in. First, you will need your reservation number. Our travel agent will give it to you when your cabin is paid in full. RCCL website check-in area.

You will be able to book your shore excursions, beverage packages and specialty restaurant reservations in the Check-in area.

Getting to the Pier. See our Pier area

All Aboard Boarding begins at 12:00 p.m. Be sure to board before 2:00 p.m. Your ship will leave at 4:00 p.m. Come to the Craft room and drop off your crafting gear before exploring the ship.

Lunch/Snacks will be served in the Windjammer Café as well as in other venues so be sure to take advantage of a nice snack before dinner.

Dinner We book tables for our group. Most nights area smart casual dress. If you would like to dine in a restaurant you will need to make your own reservations. If you do not wish to get dressed up for Formal night, please enjoy dinner at the casual buffet called The Windjammer Formal Night you will see Ladies in a fancy party dress, gowns, and Gentlemen in suits and tux’s

The Last Night of your Cruise Vacation
  1. Garutites are paid to all crew members daily if you would like to extend customary extra gratuities to those who have made your cruise vacation an unforgettable experience. Use the “WOW” envelopes.
  2. Pack your bags and place them outside your stateroom door by midnight with the colored tags for each piece of luggage. (. Your stateroom attendant will give you your tags. Remember your tag number Please put your name, phone number and home address on each tag and inside your bag. Remove all loose straps from your bags.
  3. Carry fragile, valuables and Rx items with you in the extra over-night bag you brought. make sure you keep back your jammies, shoes and clothes for next day.

Contacting the Ship
Your friends and family can contact the ship from inside the U.S. by dialing (888) 724-SHIP. From outside the U.S. call 1-732-335-3285. The cost is $7.95 per minute and can be charged to their AMEX, MasterCard, or Discover. Long-distance charges will apply if calling from Canada.

Calling Home from the Ship
You can make ship-to-shore calls from your stateroom 24 hours a day. The cost is $7.95 per minute and will be automatically charged to your SeaPass account. You can also use your cell phone to make and receive calls or text messages. Check out the Cellular Service brochure at Guest Relations onboard. You may also want to check with your Cellular provider prior to sailing to verify any additional charges you may incur if you use your cell phone on board or in port.
